About Us

Alma Martin is a successful real estate broker and entrepreneur.  She began her real estate career over 22 years ago.  In 2018, Alma accepted the role of Broker and opened the Realty Executives Coastal Bend franchise.  She currently manages a team of 48 agents across four locations: Rockport, Padre Island, Corpus Christi, and Port Aransas.

Alma is actively involved in her community and was a member of the Rotary Club for many years.  She is currently a member of the Rockport and Port Aransas Chambers of Commerce where she participates in numerous networking and community-building activities.

Alma’s journey has not been without its challenges- it is a story of resilience, hard work, and overcoming personal obstacles to achieve success in her professional life. Since earning her degree in business at Coastal Bend College, Alma has been self-employed and continually building her career- all the while balancing being a full-time mom, business coach, agent trainer, mentor, and more.

Alma is the proud mother of one son and spends her free time with her two grandchildren.  She values family time, her grandsons’ baseball games, and enjoying the little moments spent with loved ones.  She is one of the few who really understands how to build a successful real estate career without losing sight of work-life balance.
